Paradox Fitness provides made-to-order apparel and accessories through our online store. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update, withdraw, or discontinue items at any time. Because our products are made to order, slight differences in print placement, colour tone, or finish may occur between product images and the final item received.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided at checkout is accurate, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. Orders may be cancelled if inaccurate information prevents us from fulfilling them correctly.

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect shipping details, or events outside our control.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Eligible issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities where necessary to protect the business, prevent fraud, or correct pricing or listing errors.
